Just bought it yesterday. I fell in love at the first sight and the cover doesn't cheat! The content is really helpful to understand better about the ingredients from all over the world..from masala to rosemary.It is good to know about the ingredients before we jump-start cooking. Glad to have this book. U may need one too in your pantry!
