This book has excellent pictures and very educational. Did you know about mezzaluna? did you ever know differences between creme fraiches, whipping cream or double cream? Did you ever learn about the good way for food storage? About quail, corn-fed chicken and Guinea fowl. It offers a vast topics such as preparation techniques, kitchen hygiene, utensil explanations, and conversion charts (Celsius to Fahrenheit, Metric to Imperial, etc.). Not to forget about some interesting recipes (with beautiful pics of course!). Highly recommended!

Mbak Lita, ada rencana main ke US? Di Erie bulan July ada book sale dari library...wah, banyak bener buku2 murah dan masih bagus....he...he...kalo mau ke US, visit Erie sekalian belanja buku murah.....

Dulu belinya di toko buku deket rumah, di Kharisma. Pertama lait langsung jatuh hati.

Coba liat di Cinere deh Fen...Kali aja masih ada, walopun gue belinya udah 2 taun yang lalu sih...
